Eligibility for Returns:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale items, gift cards, and personal care items are non-refundable unless defective.

Damaged or Wrong Product:
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo as proof. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping:
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was defective or incorrect.
